Drawing inspiration from Tuscan Revival traditions, the residence captures the romance of old-world craftsmanship while embracing the clean lines, openness, and engineering precision of modern architecture.



The property’s historic significance shaped every design decision. Once the grounds of a pastoral estate, the land has long been tied to equestrian traditions. This legacy provided both inspiration and responsibility: to design a home that celebrates the past while providing a functional, forward-looking space for contemporary living.
Tuscan Revival with a Modern Edge
At its heart, the architecture pays homage to Tuscan villas—warm stucco walls, traditional stone courtyards, and a sense of rustic permanence. Yet, these elements are reinterpreted through a modern lens. Large expanses of glass bring light into interiors, steel and concrete provide a bold counterpoint to natural textures, and clean, simplified forms replace ornate detailing. The result is a modern custom house that feels timeless yet undeniably fresh.
